Lake Beckwith
This 70-acre
lake is operated in conjunction with the
Colorado City
Metro District
and the
Colorado
Division of Wildlife.
This
facility is not only stocked for fishing, but offers a wide
variety of outdoor activities. A 1.4 cement walkway surrounds
the lake
and is used for walking, running, biking, and rollerblading.
Canoes, pedal boats, kayaks and electric trolling motors are
commonly seen on the lake. No gas operated motors are allowed
on the water.
